Return Policy

Online Returns

Items purchased online may be returned for a refund if initiated and postmarked within 7 days of delivery. All returns must be unwashed, unworn, and in resalable condition, with all tags and linings attached.

To start a return, log in to your online account using the email you used to place your order and one-time code provided, or contact us at 910-239-9551.

Return Fees

Approved online returns will be refunded minus a $10 return shipping fee and a 4% processing fee.
Prefer store credit instead? We’re happy to waive the processing fee—just reach out to us and we’ll take care of it for you.

Final Sale Items

Accessories including jewelry, handbags, undergarments, skincare, suncare, as well as marked-down or discounted items, are final sale and not eligible for return.

Mail Returns

A return label will be provided once your return is initiated through our online portal or by contacting us. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery to be accepted.
