In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in-store may be returned within 7 days for exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not available for in-store purchases.
Online return policies apply only to items purchased through our website and do not apply to in-store purchases.

Online Purchases
Items purchased online that meet our Return Conditions listed below and are not final sale items may be returned for a refund if the return is initiated and postmarked within 7 days of delivery.

Online refunds are issued minus:

  • $10 return shipping fee
  • 5% processing fee

Prefer store credit instead? Contact us to request and waive the processing fee.

Return Conditions
All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition with all tags and linings attached.
Please wear undergarments when trying on swimwear.

Final Sale
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Jewelry
  • Undergarments
  • Eyewear
  • Skincare & suncare
  • Handbags
  • Hats
  • Any marked down or discounted items 

Mail Returns
Return labels are provided once a return is approved. All mailed returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery.
